Dr Khan is a general practitioner with over 40 years’ experience in medicine. He received his MBBS training in Karachi, Pakistan. He went on to receive a Diploma in Obstetrics from Auckland, New Zealand. He worked extensively in NSW hospitals for almost 20 years. His years of experience were mostly in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and General Surgery. He was affiliated for the major part of his career with Nepean Hospital, Minchinbury Private and Baulkham Hills Private Hospital. Up until 1992 he was granted honorary privileges to practice at Nepean Hospital for his own private Obstetrics and Gynaecology patients.

Dr Khan then started to concentrate his efforts towards General Practice. He has been working here at our Medical Centre from it’s opening in 1990. Dr Khan has also been involved with supervising and educating GP registrars that are going through GP specialist training.

Special Interests: Dr Khan has an interest in all aspects of general practice, he has special interest in minor procedures, women’s health and children’s health and immunisations, IUD and implant insertion and removal, Iron infusions and Tongue Tie repairs.
