Big news, our Penrith Medical Centre is now open 365 days every year. Yes, you can come to us any day of the year.

As some of you may know, our dear friend Dr Ted Cheam passed away peacefully on the 15th of April 2020. We were deeply saddened when we heard this news. Dr Cheam dedicated the best part of 40 years as a General Practitioner, tirelessly serving the Penrith community and surrounding suburbs. He worked with Medical and Fitness Centre for almost 30 years and was here since the beginning. Dr Cheam was loved by both his patients and staff. He was a hard-working doctor, had a great sense of humour and always had his patients’ best interest at heart. He is survived by his dear wife and two sons and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed. In loving memory of Dr Cheam, we are collating a memory book which we will gift to his family.
